from the Home force and definitely severed their connection with the Bome police and thereby forfeited such pension rights as they may have acquired in the United Kingdom, other than a refund of contributions; and

(c) caacs where an officer is on secondment to

Hong Kong by special arrangement with the Home police authority.

No doubt this accounts for the fact that the petition has not yet reached ds, since much of it wil already have been disposed of locally,
